Anti-UBE2U Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com within their primary antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against UBE2U (ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 U), an intracellular enzyme encoded on chromosome 1 that is reported to be enriched in testis tissue. The reagent is supplied as a liquid IgG preparation and is unconjugated.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-226 of human UBE2U (NP_689702.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity purification. The target has a stated molecular weight of 42 kDa.
