Anti-UBE2T Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against UBE2T. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 23 kDa, and the antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Immunisation used a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–197 of human UBE2T (NP_054895.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity methods. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:200-1:2,000, with concentration reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
