Anti-UBE2I Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against UBE2I (also known as UBC9), a SUMO-conjugating enzyme involved in SUMOylation. The immunogen is a recombinant human UBE2I protein, and the antibody is affinity-purified using that immunogen to yield a preparation with a total protein concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. Each vial contains 50 µL of unconjugated antibody formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant.
