Anti-UBE2H Antibody

The polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets UBE2H, an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme that transfers activated ubiquitin from E1 activating enzymes to substrates marked for proteasomal degradation. UBE2H (also referenced by the alias UBC8) participates in protein quality control, cellular stress responses, and cell cycle progression in mammalian systems.

Generated in rabbit and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant, this reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
