Anti-UBE2H Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets UBE2H (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 H) and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1-183 of human UBE2H (NP_003335.1) and has been affinity purified.

Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, with a recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is supplied at a lot-specific concentration as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and detects a target within the 21-42 kDa molecular weight range. It is shipped at 4°C and upon arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
