Anti-UBE2G2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against UBE2G2 (ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 G2). The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 19 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-165 of human UBE2G2 (NP_003334.2). The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is supported by 2 scientific validation images.

Purification is performed by affinity purification. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
