Anti-UBE2C Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab187181)

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets UBE2C. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–179 of human UBE2C (NP_008950.1) and is affinity purified. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, ICC/IF and Immunoprecipitation. The observed molecular weight is 21 kDa. The recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500, IHC: 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, and IP: 1:500–1:1,000. Concentration is lot specific.

The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
