Anti-UBE2C Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human UBE2C immunogen to enable specific detection of endogenous total UBE2C protein. The unconjugated antibody (IgG isotype) is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺, and containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows, and cross-reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
