Anti-UBE2C Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets UBE2C (Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2C, also known as UBCH10), a key E2 enzyme in the ubiquitin-proteasome system. UBE2C partners with the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) to catalyze K11-linked polyubiquitination of mitotic substrates, including securin and cyclin B, driving metaphase-to-anaphase transition and mitotic exit.
