Anti-UBE2B Antibody

UBE2B, also known as RAD6B or HR6B, participates in post-replicative DNA damage repair through monoubiquitination of histone H2B and contributes to error-free DNA damage tolerance across dividing cells, with documented roles in chromatin remodeling and spermatogenesis in mammals.

Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml, the reagent is formulated in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, shipped as a 100 µl vial ready for dilution into standard assay buffers.
