Anti-UBE2A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to UBE2A (also referred to as Rad6), available from Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), supported by four scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-152 of human UBE2A (NP_003327.2). The target has a molecular weight of 14 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
