UBE1L (also known as UBA7) is the activating enzyme for the ISG15 ubiquitin-like modifier system, which is central to interferon-mediated antiviral responses. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against human UBE1L and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows. Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum, the antibody binds the human target without a conjugated reporter, serving as a primary detection layer in custom assay development, ISGylation pathway studies, and characterization of innate immune signaling in cell culture and tissue samples. Research use only.
