Anti-UBD Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human UBD (ubiquitin D) immunogen and is provided unconjugated as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and detects the endogenous total UBD protein in human and mouse samples. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen and supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. UBD is also known by the synonyms Diubiquitin, Ubiquitin D and Ubiquitin-like protein FAT10.
