Anti-UBD Antibody

Targeting the ubiquitin-like modifier UBD (also known as FAT10), this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. UBD is a stress-inducible ubiquitin-like modifier that covalently conjugates to substrate proteins and directs them for proteasomal degradation through the NUB1-dependent pathway, distinct from the canonical ubiquitin-proteasome route.
