Anti-UBD Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets UBD, also known as FAT10. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–165 of human FAT10/UBD (NP_006389.2) and purified by affinity chromatography.

It reacts with human and mouse samples and recognises a protein of approximately 24 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
