This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets UBASH3B (Ubiquitin-Associated and SH3 Domain-Containing Protein B), a multidomain signaling protein implicated in the downregulation of receptor tyrosine kinase activity and in modulating T-cell receptor signaling cascades. UBASH3B, also known as TULA-2 or STS-1, carries both ubiquitin-associated and SH3 domains that allow it to recognize ubiquitinated substrates and influence downstream phosphorylation events in immune cells, with reported links to lymphocyte activation, cytokine receptor feedback, and ubiquitin-mediated protein turnover.

The antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl vial. It has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. For short-term use it can be kept refrigerated; for longer-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding performance.

Laboratories investigating T-cell biology, receptor tyrosine kinase signaling, immune regulation, or the contribution of ubiquitin-dependent pathways to lymphocyte function can use this reagent to probe endogenous UBASH3B expression in cell lysates, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and fixed cell preparations.
