Anti-UBASH3B Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against UBASH3B, also referred to as Sts1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with five scientific validation images referenced, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human UBASH3B (NP_116262.2) and is affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 72 kDa. Concentration is lot specific, and the product is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
