UBASH3A (also called T-cell ubiquitin ligand protein or STS-2) is a negative regulator of T-cell receptor signaling that has been investigated for its role in type 1 diabetes susceptibility and other autoimmune pathways. Antibodies.com provides this rabbit polyclonal reagent, raised against the UBASH3A target, as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been validated for western blot and immunocytochemistry applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for cross-species studies of T-cell biology and signaling. As a polyclonal reagent, it recognizes multiple epitopes on UBASH3A, which can help when probing endogenous expression in cell lysates or fixed cell monolayers.

For storage, keep the vial refrigerated and protected from light to maintain antibody integrity; aliquoting is recommended to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the stock solution. The 1 mg/ml concentration supports dilution into standard immunostaining and immunoblotting buffers for downstream detection.
