Anti-UBA1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets UBA1, the ubiquitin-activating enzyme 1 (also referred to as A1S9 or UBE1), and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human UBA1, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to maximise target selectivity. It is provided as an unconjugated antibody in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is recommended for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with validated reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples. On receipt, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve performance, and it is intended for research use only.
