Anti-U2SURP Antibody

The U2SURP protein (also known as SR140) is a U2 snRNP-associated splicing factor that contains SURP repeat domains and contributes to branch point sequence recognition during pre-mRNA splicing, as well as to the recruitment and stabilization of the tri-snRNP within the activated spliceosome.
