Anti-U2AF2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against U2AF2, also referred to as U2AF65, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in a rabbit host. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, and has been shown to react with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 192–471 of human U2AF2/U2AF65 (NP_001012496.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 54 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100, and IP: 1:50–1:200.
