Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets U2AF1, the U2 small nuclear RNA auxiliary factor 1 implicated in spliceosome assembly and 3′ splice site recognition. The antibody is raised against a recombinant human U2AF1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using that same immunogen, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of the total U2AF1 protein in lysates and tissue sections.
