Anti-U2AF1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the U2 small nuclear RNA auxiliary factor 1 (U2AF1) protein and is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The unconjugated IgG is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser, and is recommended for storage at –20 °C. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), where the antibody detects the endogenous level of total U2AF1 protein across human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant human U2AF1 protein, and purification is performed by affinity chromatography against the immunogen to enrich specific immunoglobulin.
