Anti-U2AF1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets U2AF1, an auxiliary splicing factor that recognizes the AG dinucleotide at the 3' splice acceptor site during pre-mRNA processing and carries recurrent driver mutations in myelodysplastic syndromes and lung adenocarcinoma. The antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and should be stored at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw damage to the aliquot. It is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, and is supplied unconjugated so it can be paired with a labelled secondary reagent in RNA splicing research.
