Anti-Tyrosine Hydroxylase (Ab-31) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Tyrosine Hydroxylase (Ab-31) and is validated for Western blot (WB). It is unconjugated and reactive with Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence around amino acids 29–33 (V-T-S-P-R) of Mouse Tyrosine Hydroxylase and detects endogenous levels of total Tyrosine Hydroxylase protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Purification was carried out by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific peptide. The product ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is included.
