TYROBP, also known as DAP12, is an ITAM-bearing transmembrane adapter that pairs with receptors such as TREM2 to transduce signals in NK cells, dendritic cells, osteoclasts, and microglia. Produced by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is supplied as 100 µl of liquid intended for immunohistochemistry of mouse and rat tissue sections. Studies in innate immunity, microglial activation, and neurodegenerative disease models, including Alzheimer-related pathology, use it to localize TYROBP-expressing cells in brain, spleen, and bone-marrow preparations. The IgG isotype is reactive with mouse and rat antigens. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and store refrigerated. Research use only; not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
