Anti-TYROBP Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TYROBP (also known as DAP12), a disulfide-bonded transmembrane signaling adaptor that pairs with activating receptors on NK cells, myeloid lineage cells, dendritic cells, and osteoclasts. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated at 100 µl per vial, the reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, supporting studies of innate immune receptor signaling, microglial activation, and osteoclast differentiation.

TYROBP loss-of-function variants underlie Nasu-Hakola disease (polycystic lipomembranous osteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy), and the reagent is used to assess protein expression in disease models and patient-derived tissue. For Western blot, denatured lysates are resolved under reducing conditions; for IHC, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections benefit from antigen retrieval.
