Anti-TYR (R501) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against TYR (R501). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 470–520 of Human TYR, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Tyrosinase protein.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein runs at ~ 80 kDa. One scientific validation image is included.
