Anti-TYR Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180753)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Tyrosinase (TYR) and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, with reactivity confirmed in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been cited in at least one publication. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 200–300 of human Tyrosinase (NP_000363.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. Supplied as a liquid with a lot-specific concentration, the antibody recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.
