Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets TYR. The unconjugated reagent is validated for WB, IHC and IF applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
The antibody was generated against recombinant full length human TYR and detects endogenous levels of TYR protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 61 kDa.
