Anti-TYMS Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Thymidylate Synthase (TYMS), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-313 of human TYMS (NP_001062.1) and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications across Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target migrates at approximately 36 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
