Anti-TYMP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against TYMP (thymidine phosphorylase), also known as ECGF, Gliostatin, PD-ECGF, TdRPase, and TP. The antibody is generated using a recombinant human TYMP protein as immunogen and is affinity-purified on the immunogen to ensure specific recognition of endogenous total TYMP protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no fluorophore or enzyme tag (unconjugated). The 50 µl pack size is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it has been confirmed to cross-react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival, users should aliquot the antibody and store it at –20 °C, taking care to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve activity.
