Description
Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1010-1065 of human TYK2. The unconjugated reagent, supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide (approx. pH 7.2), is available from Antibodies.com. It detects endogenous levels of TYK2 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 134 kDa.
