Anti-Tyk2 (phospho Y1054 + Y1055) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against Tyk2 phosphorylated at residues Y1054 and Y1055. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is provided in liquid form and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around Y1054 and Y1055 of human Tyk2 (NP_003322.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 134 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500 to 1:1,000.
