Anti-TYK2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TYK2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1102–1182 of human TYK2 (NP_003322.3). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 134 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
