Anti-TXNRD2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TXNRD2 and forms part of their Primary Antibodies range. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen was recombinant full-length Human TXNRD2, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of TXNRD2 protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 60 and 62 kDa, and two scientific validation images are referenced.
