Anti-TXNRD2 Antibody

A primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TXNRD2 (Thioredoxin reductase 2). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid, and purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with five scientific validation images available.

It reacts with human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 100–310 of human Thioredoxin reductase 2 (NP_006431.2), and the reported molecular weight of the target is 56 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Concentration is lot-specific. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
