Anti-TXNL4B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against TXNL4B and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa.

The antibody is validated for use in Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. It is reactive with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–149 of human TXNL4B (NP_060323.1).

The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
