Anti-TXNL4A Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against TXNL4A and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–142 of human TXNL4A (NP_006692.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 13 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
