Anti-TXNL1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against TXNL1 (also known as thioredoxin-like protein 1, 32 kDa thioredoxin-related protein, TRP32, TXL, and TXNL), a thioredoxin-family protein involved in redox regulation. The reagent is supplied as 50 µl of an IgG polyclonal at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is unconjugated for direct detection. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been demonstrated to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. Long-term storage is recommended at -20 °C in aliquots to limit freeze/thaw cycles, and the product ships in a ready-to-use liquid formulation suitable for standard immunodetection workflows. As a primary antibody targeting endogenous TXNL1, it is suitable for studies of cytosolic redox biology and is compatible with common chromogenic or chemiluminescent detection systems.
