Anti-TXN Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises Thioredoxin/TRX (TXN). It is unconjugated and reacts with human and mouse samples. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP).

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. The target has a molecular weight of 12 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 20 to the C-terminus of human Thioredoxin 1 (Trx1/TXN), matching accession NP_003320.2.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:100–1:500, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:20–1:50. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only.
