Anti-TXK Antibody

This primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of its Primary Antibodies range, is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the TXK target. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is provided in unconjugated form.

The reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 321–366 of human TXK and specifically detects endogenous levels of TXK protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 61 kDa. It is supplied at roughly 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and the immunoglobulin isotype is IgG.

Antibodies.com affinity-purifies the reagent from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the resulting purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
