Anti-TXA synthase Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets thromboxane-A synthase (TBXAS1), the endoplasmic reticulum-resident cytochrome P450 enzyme that converts prostaglandin H2 into thromboxane A2, a key lipid mediator of platelet aggregation and vasoconstriction. Produced by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent, it is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, in a 100 µl vial that supports multiple immunoblots and staining experiments.

Raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, the reagent shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. This cross-species coverage enables studies of eicosanoid biosynthesis, cardiovascular disease models, and platelet function research.
