From Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TWIST2 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The manufacturer datasheet reports reactivity with mouse and rat samples [S1], with recommended WB dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 [S1].
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human TWIST2 (NP_476527.1), and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 18 kDa [S1]. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300 [S1].
Shipping and storage guidance is to ship at 4°C and, upon delivery, to aliquot and store at -20°C while avoiding freeze/thaw cycles [S1].
