Anti-TWIK-1 (V322) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TWIK-1 (V322) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of TWIK-1 protein.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 301–350 of Human TWIK-1. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 38 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
