TWF2 (Twinfilin-2) is an actin-monomer-binding protein of the ADF/cofilin superfamily that regulates cytoskeletal remodeling in mammalian cells. This rabbit polyclonal reagent, supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µL aliquot of unconjugated primary antibody, is raised against TWF2 and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples.
Researchers use it to probe twinfilin-2 expression in cell lysates and tissue sections, supporting studies of actin dynamics, cell migration, and cytoskeleton-dependent signaling. Each vial delivers the polyclonal antibody in a liquid format that supports reducing SDS-PAGE immunoblotting and standard IHC staining on fixed paraffin-embedded or frozen sections.
