Anti-TUSC5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and specifically targets TUSC5 (Tumor Suppressor Candidate 5), detecting endogenous levels of the total protein through recognition of a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of the human target. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with the IgG isotype preserved in this ready-to-use liquid format. Validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent is reported to react with human samples and is therefore well-suited to investigations involving human cell lines and primary cultures.
