Anti-TUSC3 (H153) Antibody

The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 122-171 of Human TUSC3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TUSC3 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.
