Anti-TUSC2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TUSC2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. Raised in Rabbit and unconjugated, the reagent is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF applications. The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human TUSC2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TUSC2 protein. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

According to the manufacturer, the target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 12kDa. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, achieved by affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen combined with affinity chromatography.
