TUSC2 (also known as FUS1) is a tumor suppressor protein encoded on chromosome 3p21.3, frequently investigated in lung cancer and mitochondrial biology. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes endogenous TUSC2 in human, mouse, and rat samples. Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, supporting studies of apoptotic signaling and mitochondrial calcium uptake in tumor cell models. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, suitable for short-term handling at 4°C and longer-term storage at -20°C with minimal freeze-thaw cycling. Researchers working on 3p21.3 deletion analysis, FUS1 gene therapy vectors, or non-small cell lung carcinoma tumor suppressor pathways will find this polyclonal reagent a flexible detection tool across multiple experimental platforms.
